I love Band in a Box. It's a great tool for songwriting, working on? structures and trying out ideas without having to actually record them.

People are going to look back on this in 20 years and laugh their asses off? like we do now with the old mellotron commercials from the 60's or the synth commercials from the 80's

People shouldn't? worry about replacing musicians. It is great for practice, and working on songwriting, but would you want to hear an album of this? It's somewhat sterile. Great for background music during dinner, perhaps.

if this really pastes together real instruments depending on the chord structure... composing for movies and? tv will become obsolete. this is a scary product.
